Cassie, Melody, and Jessie all do a fantastic job in the warehouse.

God is the owner and we give him credit for any success we have.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

Company History

Pretty Original Huh?

We started off simple and small in August of 1995.  We have always been a web based company and were one of the first, if not the first business to offer diecast collectibles on the internet.  Our first web site listed about 20 ERTL items. Business was slow at first but grew steadily.

I remember back in 95....

Floppies are so 90's

In 1996 we developed what was our flagship product, "The Collector".  "The Collector" is an inventory program for toy collectors.  Our current version comes on CD and includes over 4,000 pictures of diecast collectibles.
Green for grass, a piece of the Coke ribbon, and a checkered racing flag.

It used to be novel enough just being on the web, but today nearly everyone is.  We try to make ourselves different by providing a superior selection, a state-of-the-art web site, and old fashioned individualized  customer service.  It's not easy, but few worthwhile things are.

Lets make a long name longer!

In 2000 we picked up the business and family and relocated to Joplin, MO.  Eventually we constructed a new warehouse to more effectively handle the growing business.  Although, it wasn't long until we were wishing we had made it bigger...

OK, now what do we call ourselves?

2001 was a banner year for 3000toys.com in many ways.  Thanks to our new warehouse staff we were able to survive the Christmas rush.

Kids! Get your toys off the driveway. Maybe this will work.

With the warehouse barely a year old and already bulging at the seams, 2002 brought the construction of a 3,200 square foot addition. This gives us room to expand the product offering and stock deeper when good deals or special products come along.

Our second warehouse was completed in the summer of 2004. This facility brings our total office and warehouse space to nearly 12,000 square feet.  Trust us, that's a lot of toys! It's a new view from the second floor.
