I bought this excavator for display only, and it goes great with the rest of my construction equipment. The handle on the bucket arm takes away from the realism, but I plan to remove it , and add working lights, and window glazing, and opening operators door.. I will be purchasing more Bruder toys for display.. The quality is very good!!

I bought this excavator for my 3 year old son for christmas after buying him the mack lowboy truck for his birthday back in Oct. 2007. I was concerned about the realistic styled tracks but they have held up great. I have found myself comparing other toys to BRUDERS now. The excavtor fits well on the Mack Granite lowboy as well. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

This is big digger, the tracks work great and the detail is really good. Bought this for my son's birthday he likes it so much he carries it everywhere around the house.

It is the greatest toy i've ever seen! It works really well, and it moves around really good. I find that it doesn't spin around in the middle very well, but other wise, good job Bruder!

good features like engine opens, if you have the cat wheel excavator you can put that bucket on it. The mirror on the cab side comes of that is anyoing

very detailed like if you have the cat wheel excavator you can put that bucket on it. the ca side window is anoying bcause it falls off

This is a great toy! Not recommended for sand box but rather for a dirt box which it does great in. Tracks lock up a little but this is to be expected with small moving parts in dirt. Product is so good that I am thinking about buying another one for me to use with my son!
