Originally introduced in 1985, the highly popular 416 underwent several upgrades and enhancements during it's seven year production run.

Norscot's new model replicates the earliest Cat 416 interation, of which more than 16,000 were produced from 1985 until the machine was transitioned to a Cat 416B in 1992.
