J.V. IIII Construction - Mack R Day Cab with Tri-Axle Lowboy Trailer
*DCP by First Gear
In 1984, John Vasel III started the company J.V. III Construction with just a pickup. John did some landscaping work until he saved up enough money to buy his first dump truck, a 1967 DM600 triaxle with an 18-speed quadruplex transmission. Over time, he worked his way up to build his business. John and his team are proud to celebrate 35 years in business during 2019!
Based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, J.V. III Construction specializes in excavation, demolition, asphalt paving, milling and reclaiming, and more. These demanding jobs require all kinds of equipment including the Mack R Model with Talbert Tri-Axle Lowboy Trailer. This classic truck comes in handy for their heavy equipment hauling needs.
Along the way, John has added many Mack trucks to his fleet. All of which feature a very distinct look to them. The tractor cabs feature a pop of orange color with hand painted logos and other decoration. Solid black stripes make their way across the top of the hood and along the cab sides. It is hard to miss these trucks rollin’ from work site to work site!
