How do I update my password?

After logging into your account, select Account Settings from the Account menu to update your password.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

From the login screen, enter your email address and select Continue. Then click the link to request a temporary passcode.

Payments & Orders

How do I update my payment method?

After logging in, go to the Your Orders tab and click Update next to your order to change your card information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal (for in-stock orders). All payments must be in U.S. funds. C.O.D. orders are not accepted.

How do I modify an order I have already placed?

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders are subject to sales or use tax based on delivery location. Taxes appear at checkout. For tax-exempt purchases, please contact our customer service team.

Which orders qualify for flat-rate shipping?

Flat-rate shipping applies to street addresses within the continental United States. The following do not qualify:

Do you offer free shipping?

We periodically offer free shipping promotions and maintain a selection of items that always ship free. See: Free Shipping – Toys and Collectibles.

You can also earn free shipping credits through our Rewards Program.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes. PO Box shipments are not eligible for flat-rate shipping unless the box is a premium PO Box accessible by all carriers.

Can I expedite an order?

When will my order ship?

Orders with all items in stock typically ship within 3 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 4 business days after shipment. More details: Shipping Information.

Catalog & Product Availability

Do you offer a printed catalog?

Our catalog is online and updated daily at 3000toys.com. Because inventory changes frequently, we do not offer a printed catalog.

Why is an item I saw yesterday no longer on the site?

Inventory updates multiple times per day. Many items are limited edition and may sell out quickly. If you've already ordered the item, check your order history for updated status.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is an item announced but not yet released by the manufacturer. Many collectible items sell out before release, so pre-ordering reserves your item. ETA details are listed when provided by the manufacturer.

When will I be charged for a Pre-Order?

You are charged only when the item is ready to ship. If your order contains multiple pre-order items, payment occurs when all items are available. We may ship in-stock items early at no extra charge.

When will my Pre-Order ship?

We normally ship within 3 business days after arrival at our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 4 business days or less after shipment.

My item shows “ETA Uncertain.” What does that mean?

The manufacturer has not provided a release schedule. Some releases take several months or longer.

What is a Back-Order?

A back-order means we are awaiting shipment from the manufacturer. ETA updates appear in your order history when available.

What does “Retired” mean?

The item is no longer produced or active in our catalog and is available only while current supply lasts.

Can I purchase both in-stock and pre-order items?

Yes. Click Notify Me on the product page. Note that notifications do not guarantee availability. We recommend pre-ordering.

Can you ship my in-stock items now if my Pre-Order is delayed?

Will you notify me when my Pre-Order ships?

Yes. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Pricing

How are item prices determined?

Pricing reflects detail level, production runs, materials, and market demand. With over 30 years of experience, we offer a large selection across many price points.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to countries served by UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. International orders require a $100 minimum. Customs duties may apply.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipments are sent via UPS Worldwide Express or Postal Service. For most countries, expect shipping costs of 50% of your order total or more. Charges are non-refundable once the order is in transit.

Returns & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 20 days of receipt. Contact service@3000toys.com for an RMA. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

Contact us within 20 days. We may request photos and may require the incorrect item to be returned.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Keep all packaging and contact us within 20 business days. Photos may be required for carrier claims. If replacements are unavailable, we may offer a discount based on the reported damage.

My package is lost. What should I do?

Monitor tracking and contact us immediately if the package is not received. Carrier claim windows are limited to about 60 days.

Scale & Product Guidance

What products are best for children?

For younger users, we recommend Bruder, ERTL, and New-Ray. 1/64 scale toys resemble Matchbox/Hot Wheels. 1/16 scale toys are larger and great for outdoor play.

What is scale?

Custom Models & Collections

Can you create a custom model?

We do not create single custom models. For large-scale production inquiries, please contact us.

Do you purchase collections?

We purchase some collections if items are mint and boxed. We do not purchase damaged items, played-with toys, smoky items, 1/64 cars, or brands not carried on our site. See: Catalog Search Results

Do you have a storefront or showroom?

No. Our location is optimized for online order fulfillment, and our warehouses are not open to the public.
