Reward points may only be redeemed through the web site. Our customer service staff has limited access to the reward point program.
There is a limit of one each per type of bonus item per order. For example, only one Credit may be applied to an order. Reward items offered and point values may change at any time.
Reward points expire one year after order completion, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Merchandise credits may be applied to in-stock items only.
The reward point program may be revised or canceled at anytime.
