• We ship most orders UPS Ground Service. If you request a different service, your order will be subject to additional charges for the service requested. UPS Ground shipping charges are listed on the order screen.
• Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
• All claims, if any, must be reported within 20 business days from the time you receive your order.  Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in the original, un-damaged packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer.
