ERTL Toys Steiger Panther Tractor Limited Production Run of

Steiger tractors have been a mainstay of large farmers since the first tractors were built in 1957. Starting in the 1960's, the Steiger Tractor Company used names of various animals to denote their different models. These names included the Wildcat, Cougar, Panther, Bearcat, Lion, Puma and Tiger. Ertl began producing replicas of Steiger tractors in the early 1980's. This tractor is part of a limited edition series of five tractors that combines the patterns of the animals with the tractors that bear their name.
