The Diecast Masters 627K is a very good model. As with all High Line Series models, it comes in a metal tin with details about the real machine and high quality pictures. The scraper itself has many fine details such as lights, warning labels and the obvious 'hook' on the front of this twin engine beast. Because of this, you may want to consider purchasing two 627Ks to replicate Caterpillar's "Push-Pull" maneuver. If you're looking for a model scraper, this is definitely a good one, and one that comes highly recommended from me.

Both the 621K and 627K punch far above their weight. Yes, they are re-branded and 'updated' Tonkin Replicas models, but at the very least, the two delivered to me were in one piece. The models look very impressive, with the smaller details (lights, warning labels, hydraulic lines..etc) really showing well. Of course, the 627 is a push-pull scraper, so you might want to consider buying two to optimize the realism. If you're looking for a modern scraper model, but don't want to spend your entire paycheck, these two are a very good choice. -Tommy
